Housing Inventory Levels Chart

This chart illustrates the changing supply of homes for sale in these example locations. Cities with comparable demographics and price ranges to these cities all share similar trend lines.  It is interesting to note how dramatically the inventory levels have improved in places like Brentwood and Concord, where much lower prices are attracting lots of buyers.
