Foreclosure Watch February 1st, 2009

Untitled-2 copy

There was a pretty big shift this month, as the number of REO homes for sale fell across the board. This is ABSOLUTELY the result of the recent foreclosure moratorium. These numbers will probably continue to fall for another month or two, before the increasing number of foreclosed homes begin to show up for sale in the MLS.
